About Me

I was born in Dallas, TX and have wanted to do something with music since I was 4 years old with my dad. For many years I sang with the radio, tapes and then CDs until I became brave enough to start singing in public. In 5th grade I moved to Paradise, TX and had so many great experiences throughout my years there. My friends and family in Wise County have given me such inspiration! I sang at Billy Bobs Texas at the Stockyards in Fort Worth for a while as a Lonestar member and at various restaurants throughout high school.

I left Paradise to attend college at Tarleton State University but also continued with my passion for singing. Driving back to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area every weekend, I sang my way through my first year of college by performing at Oliver's Sports Bar in Willow Park, TX near Weatherford. After realizing college needed more of my focus, I took a break from the music scene. Karaoke became my way to keep my vocals up to par. My friends and I would visit the local bar once a week so that I could practice. They were my support group-cheering me on and reminding me that one day I would be able to start my music back up again.

Three years after college, I was presented with an opportunity to record a CD. Because of my step father's kind donation to fund the project, support from my family and a year and a half of hard work, my dream became a reality. Through the entire process, I learned a lot about myself and also became a song writer. It's hard to believe I now have my first album, Paradise TX, completed and its turned out far better than I could have ever imagined.
